Prior to founding Blue Archer, Bob worked as a consultant at Arthur Anderson Business Consulting, where he worked primarily in the area of internet strategy and revenue enhancement. Bob also served as VP of Marketing Keystone Precision Manufacturing where he developed and managed corporate marketing strategy with an emphasis on international markets. He’s held numerous board positions and is an active volunteer in his community.

Al oversees internal operations and also consults with clients on technology solutions, particularly in the area of custom software development. Al has a rich background in the tech industry and brings a wealth of software application expertise to Blue Archer clients. 

Prior to founding Blue Archer, Al worked in programming, project management, and consulting for companies including Conesco Insurance (Codelinks).He also founded one of Pittsburgh's first premier vegetarian restaurants, pioneering farm-to-table and creative cuisine in the city!
