Blue Archer's Principal, Bob Faletti, will be presenting at Duquesne University on November 21st at 10 am as part of the 8th Annual Pennsylvania Business Technology Conference.  His presentation, a feature part of the "Breakout Session" is titled, "Smart Strategies: Maximizing Your Presence & Outsmarting Your Competition".

How do your customers find you in the digital age? In the past, customers would turn to sources like the yellow pages.  Today they turn on their computers and smart phones and search sites like Yelp, Google Local, Google Places, Zoom Info, Citysearch, Yahoo Local, YP.com and Merchant Circle. How do you get your business listed on local search engines? What are the costs and best strategies for getting found online in the right geographic locations that you serve?  Avoid common local search mistakes that can cost your business.
