The user experience was also hindered by a lack of intuitive navigation and modern, interactive elements, reducing engagement, particularly among decision-makers in the oil and gas industry.

Our team developed a sophisticated, strategic solution that includes a responsive website tailored to CFR Engines' brand and business needs. Strategy

The visual style uses CFR’s primary color palette of dark green, and gold accents, creating a bold, professional aesthetic that speaks to their role as a trusted standard in fuel testing. The site incorporates subtle animations to add a sophisticated sense of motion without overwhelming users. Key sections feature dynamic visual effects to highlight CFR’s core products (F1/F2, F5, XCP) and services, underscoring their robust role in fuel quality assurance. For enhanced user engagement, we also integrated interactive elements that provide captivating movement and resonate with decision-makers across refineries, labs, terminals, and academic institutions. This immersive, thoughtful design approach ensures the site not only captures CFR’s heritage and global reach but also delivers a memorable digital experience for users worldwide.

Functionality

The functionality of the new CFR Engines website is structured around a "business units" development model, enabling the creation of "associated sites" that maintain a consistent layout while highlighting different business segments. The site features an "About/History" timeline that chronicles key milestones in the company's evolution since its founding in 1928, offering visitors a comprehensive view of CFR's legacy. Each product is showcased through specialized templates that include an overview, test methods, an image gallery, and detailed specifications such as operating conditions, dimensions, and weight, along with an accessories slider and related news, complemented by a quick contact form for inquiries.

A distributors module enhances user experience with an interactive territory map that displays distributor information, including names, facilities, emails, and a contact form for easy outreach. Additionally, the website incorporates a password-protected resources module specifically for distributors, as well as a blog module for news and events, allowing users to filter content based on facility type or location.
