AMCH is truly an innovative destination, just a short drive from downtown Pittsburgh. ACMH features an accredited cancer center, one of the country's top cardiac care interventional services, cutting edge shoulder and knee replacement services and one of the region's very few concussion care programs. ACMH offers a uniquely personalized approach combined with state-of-the-art care, and they needed a website that reflected it.
We began with an in-depth strategy where we discovered ACMH’s business goals and project objectives. Throughout this process we uncovered the needs and patterns of their site users, identified specific content and calls to action to best serve their users, and determined the different page layouts needed to achieve these goals. The result is a customized design with a clean and modern feel and fresh content that’s easy to locate and digest.
A series of customized modules were also developed for ACMH, including: a rotating masthead with targeted marketing content, a physicians database which allows users to quickly find their doctor’s contact information, a blog, a resource module containing educational PDFs and videos, an event calendar, and an eGreeting module, giving patient’s family and friends the ability to send their loved ones customized “e-greetings”, delivered to their room daily.
We’re all thrilled with the new site. It’s exactly what ACMH had hoped for - a site that showcasing their strengths, and that they’re more than just a community hospital.
