Formerly known as Hartman Ophthalmic Associates, The Hartman Eye Group has officially launched their new brand. And we are so excited!

Hartman’s goal from the beginning was to improve their customer’s website experience. They are a state of the art facility and use cutting edge technology. They needed a brand that would showcase that.

When the project kicked off, we immediately determined that Hartman needed a fresh start. Step one was a new name. Because they offered such a range of services, they wanted to unify and simply their organization. 

Step two, a new logo. Our design team got right to work creating logos for both divisions of the Hartman brand: Hartman  Eye Group and the 2020 Surgical Center.  We were challenged with creating two separate logos that needed to represent each organization, but be unified enough in color and style. We opted for a modern color palette which included white, charcoal gray, and aqua. 

After we designed the logos, we got right to work on the website.  We started by doing an extensive analysis of Hartman’s site users. This would help us determine the types of information the users are searching for, and how to most favorably organize and display it. Wireframes were then created, which established different content areas, calls to action and graphical elements.  The website design is a blend of modern elements and informative content. It’s easy to navigate, giving users the ability to explore their services and experience, read industry news in their blog, request appointments, and even order lenses and pay their bill. 

The new site offers a little bit for everyone, which was exactly their hope from the beginning.
